Key Responsibilities:

    • Uphold the highest standards of legal and ethical integrity.
    • Define and champion the organization’s strategic direction.
    • Approve budgets and guide financial stewardship with care.
    • Select and assess the Executive Director to lead with purpose.
    • Ensure full compliance with IRS 501(c)(3) regulations

Executive Director - CEO

Role: Act as the driving force behind our mission, leading daily operations and fostering sustainability to empower our West Texas community.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct all organizational activities with vision and precision.
    • Craft and implement strategic plans that reflect our goals.
    • Build and nurture partnerships with donors, funders, and community leaders.
    • Maintain rigorous adherence to IRS and legal standards.
    • Provide insightful updates and accountability to the Board of Directors.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Finance Director

Role: Safeguard our financial foundation, ensuring transparency and compliance while stewarding resources to support our community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee budgeting, accounting, and comprehensive financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with IRS tax regulations, including Form 990 filings.
    • Manage payroll processes and coordinate financial audits with diligence.

Development Director (Fundraising & Grants)
